The Kane Historic Preservation Society is releasing Focusing The Lens of Exploration, A photographic Journey Through the Life of a 19th Century Polymath about Elizabeth Kane’s photography. Andrew Kane- the great, great grandson of Elizabeth- wrote the forward and epilogue and he will be signing books.
Ages 12 and up are welcome. Payment and registration is due by September 11 at 5pm.
The Kane Chamber commissioned local metal artist Jody Aiello of Aiello Metal Works to create a sculpture for Kane's trailhead, using funds from PA Council on the Arts and donors. […]
