Originally constructed in 1897 and reborn in 2022, 63 North Fraley Street is being renovated to the stringent requirements of the Passive House standard and will greatly reduce the building’s energy demand, increase thermal comfort for occupants and will ensure that this high performance building remains a durable, resilient part of uptown Kane. We are focused on bringing you fresher air, cleaner water, more natural light and renewable energy. Offering office, classroom, conference, boardroom and remote working space in an environment where you can thrive. This is a West Penn Power Sustainable Energy Fund Project.
