The North Central Pennsylvania Regional Planning and Development Commission is a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation and designated as a 501a (c)(3) organization under the Internal Revenue Code (IRS). North Central is identified as a premier regional development organization that delivers a wide range of economic, community, infrastructure, human services, and technology programs for Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Jefferson, McKean, and Potter Counties.

North Central is a multi-faceted regional resource that employs a talented and committed staff to navigate complex state and federal programs. These programs generate considerable benefit to the area’s community and economic development, human services, infrastructure and information technology. Our organization indeed has much to offer this great region.
