Want to submit an event? Fill out the fields below in order to have your events listed in our online calendar. Please note: Your event will not automatically be added to the calendar once you click “Submit Event” at the bottom of the form. It will first go through an approval process to make sure that it contains all the information needed to be added. You will be notified when your event is approved or denied.
America250PA-McKean County will team up with two American icons, Zippo
Manufacturing Company and the American Refining Group, for a Grand Celebration Concert &
Fireworks Display at the Zippo/Case Museum & Flagship Store. This free, family-friendly event will
feature activities for the entire family, including food trucks, kids’ activities, bounce houses and
music by Tim Zimmerman and the King’s Brass and the Twin Tiers Community Band, along with a
special commemoration presented by Zippo and Case officials.
The event will culminate with a Grand Finale of brass players from around the county coming
together to honor our nation with the playing of Irving Berlin’s God Bless America and John Philip
Sousa’s Stars and Stripes Forever, along with a spectacular fireworks display by Skylighters
Fireworks of Western NY.
