Summer Yoga in the Yard @ Flickerwood

Join us for a 7 week gentle, yoga flow series. In this 7 week series learn about the chakras with breath & movement. It will be held outside in lawn behind Flickerwood Wine Cellars.
It will be held every Thursday beginning on June 22nd and conclude on August 3rd from 7pm -8pm. Stop in our Lounge for a cocktail, beer or glass of wine before you head home for the night.

Below we have listed which Chakra will be highlighted each week.
Ground June 22nd, Root Chakra
Play June 29th, Sacral Chakra
Empower July 6th, Solar Plexus
Love July 13th, Heart Chakra
Truth July 20th, Throat Chakra
Vision July 27th, Third Eye
Tranquility August 3rd, Crown Chak
