Want to submit an event? Fill out the fields below in order to have your events listed in our online calendar. Please note: Your event will not automatically be added to the calendar once you click “Submit Event” at the bottom of the form. It will first go through an approval process to make sure that it contains all the information needed to be added. You will be notified when your event is approved or denied.

Event Information:
Event begins with dinner on Sunday, June 25 and concludes with brunch on Tuesday, June 27.
Check-in is in Groves Lodge from 3-5pm on Sunday.
Pricing includes two-nights stay (private hotel style room with linens), six meals, and course tuition. Discount available for those willing to select or be assigned a roommate.
