Terry Hinton is the Business Engagement Coordinator for Workforce Solutions for the North Central Workforce region. Terry has previously worked at Penn State DuBois and the Northern Pennsylvania Regional College college in outreach, workforce, and academic advising management. She earned her Masters in Workforce Development in 2018 from Penn State University. Previously, she received a Masters in Counseling Education from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Gannon University.
