DESCRIPTION:Please join the Kane Borough Police Department\, The Pennsylvania State Police\, the PSP Special Emergency Response Team (SERT)\, the McKean County Sheriff’s Department\, the McKean County Drug Task Force\, and the Kane Volunteer Fire Department at the Kane Fire Hall– located at 50 Poplar Street– on Tuesday\, August 4th from 6PM to 8PM as we take part in National Night Out. \nNational Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safe\, more caring places to live. \nDuring this free family friendly event\, attendees will have the opportunity to meet and speak with local law enforcement agencies as well as the local volunteer fire men and women. Police cars and firetrucks will be on hand for viewing\, as will specialized equipment and informational materials. The fire department will be serving hot dogs and the Kane Lions Club will have cotton candy and snow cones. All in the Family will be there providing DJ services and balloon animals and volunteers will be on hand for face painting. And back again for the 4th year… Dunk an Officer!
