The Kane Area Multi-Tenant Center is located in Wetmore Township, McKean County, PA off of Route 321 South. The 31,500 sq. ft. building was built in 2004.
Measuring approximately 140’ x 225’ the building is divided into cells of 15,000 sq. ft. and 16,500 sq. ft. Each cell has a loading dock and restroom facilities. Building construction allows for the capability of adding on if necessary. The cells are separately metered for all utilities.
The Multi-Tenant Center is owned and managed by the Kane Area Industrial Development Corporation. The purpose of the center is to provide space for local companies to meet their expansion needs or to attract new companies to the area. An additional benefit is the center is located in a Keystone Opportunity Zone with benefits available through 2013.
